Once you enroll you will be emailed a Username and Password so you can access your customized portal. In your portal initially you will have access to our Library and Reference Center as well as the ability to schedule your first Health Coaching Sessions.

Within 5-7 business days our Licensed Nutritionist will custom design your dietary program. This program as well as your Accountability Program will be accessible on the interactive calendar when you login to the portal.

Your Nutrition plan will be customized just for you by a licensed nutritionist. You will have access to your Full Nutrition Plan and also your plan will be broken down by each day of the week and available on your Interactive Calendar within the Portal.

Things happen and sometimes you might not follow your plan 100% and that is okay. If this happens do not worry about it just focus on making sure that your next meal you get right back on the daily plan.

ABC also provides instructional videos for hundreds of exercises. These videos will primarily cover the below concepts:

Your program is designed so you can eat out and still follow your Custom Nutrition Plan. Your calendar will list the foods on your plan and also possible solutions on the go.

If you have injuries it is always recommended to consult a physician before exercising.

Since our programs are very well balanced by also focusing on Philosophy and Nutrition, we will teach you how to work around your injuries.

After your initial coaching sessions most of our clients stay on the Accountability Program for quite a while since it helps them live the balanced Lifestyle they desire.

Most of the time we recommend scheduling your sessions either weekly or bi-weekly except for certain plans and specific circumstances.

In situations where you have an upcoming event or want to speed up the process to get extremely rapid results many of our clients will schedule 2-3 Coaching Sessions per week. This is usually when the ABC Ultimate program has been purchased.

That is okay, Cooking will be useful but not a requirement to follow your plan. You can get ready made food for example at Whole Foods or Fresh Market etc...

Based on your questionnaire our team will set up short, mid and long term goals for you. Once your goals have been established your ABC Coach will setup a follow up discussion where we review each goal to ensure that they are attainable based on your schedule.

The Accountability Program goals are reset every six weeks by our ABC team. So we call these six week iterations ABC Sprints. So for example your first Sprint will be ABC Sprint 1 through ABC Sprint 100
